These Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”) for the Website and Mobile Applications (the “Site”) govern the relationship between Mentorship.CLUB, a company incorporated under the laws of Delaware. 

Article 1: Purpose of the Terms of Use

The purpose of the Terms of Use is to define the conditions under which Mentorship.CLUB makes a set of services available to Users (hereinafter the “Services”) from which they benefit(s) and which they may use while browsing:

  • on the Site and/or
  • on one of its mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as “Mobile Applications”).

These Services are detailed in particular in Article 5 of the Terms of Use.

Article 2: Acceptance of the Terms of Use

Users are requested to read the Terms of Use carefully before browsing the Site and/or using the Services made available to them.

The User must be a natural person, of legal age, and have the legal capacity to be able to register on the Site and/or Mobile Applications.

By browsing the Site and/or Mobile Applications, and by using the Services, the User is deemed to have read the Terms of Use, to have accepted them and to have undertaken to respect them. These Terms of Use constitute a contract between Mentorship.CLUB and the User.

It is possible, at any time, to print and/or save the Terms of Use by clicking on the buttons provided for this purpose displayed at the top of this page.

Mentorship.CLUB reserves the right to modify and update the Terms of Use at any time without notice or formality. It is therefore the User’s responsibility to regularly consult the Terms of Use. By browsing the Site and/or Mobile Applications and/or Tablets and using all or part of the Services subsequent to any changes made to the Terms of Use, you agree to such changes.

Article 3: Access to Services – Site Management

The Site is accessible to Mentees who have paid their subscription fee.  They may not share any information or share their Username with others. Anyone found to do so will be punishable by the fullest extent of the law.  

For the proper management of the Site, Mentorship.CLUB reserves, at any time, the right to suspend, interrupt or limit access to all or part of the Site for any reason whatsoever and in particular for maintenance or updating purposes or in the event of an attack on the Site.

Article 4: Description of the Services offered on the Site and/or Mobile Applications

Mentorship.CLUB strives to offer the best mentorship services in the world through the some of the best business minds in the world.  Neither Mentorship.CLUB nor its Mentors are liable for any decisions made by any Mentee based on the advice given.

Article 5: User’s responsibility

The User acknowledges having the technical skills and tools necessary for the proper use of the Services offered by the Site and having verified that the computer configuration at his disposal is adequate, in good working order and safe. As such, it is the User’s responsibility to take all appropriate measures to protect his data, computer systems or software from contamination by viruses, Trojan horses or, more generally, any computer programs that may compromise the security of the Site.

The User is solely responsible for the equipment he uses to access the Site, which remains his exclusive responsibility, as well as any communication costs incurred by this use.

Article 6: Responsibility of Mentorship.CLUB

Mentorship.CLUB is committed to doing its best to provide the highest quality Services. However, given the particular nature of the Internet network, the operation of the Site, access to the Site, access to the Account and its use may be interrupted from time to time, in particular to enable Mentorship.CLUB to carry out updates and maintenance work on the computer system (hardware and software) necessary for the operation of the Site. Mentorship.CLUB shall in no case be held liable in this respect.

Mentorship.CLUB shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure or any event beyond its control, in particular in the event of interruption of the Site and/or of all or part of the Services resulting from a failure of the User’s Internet network, telephone network or Internet access provider.

Mentorship.CLUB is not responsible for any fraudulent use that may be made by any Internet user or, more generally, by any third party, of the information or content of the Site.

Article 7: Personal data

Mentorship.CLUB will not willfully share anyone’s personal information with any third party, nor anyone outside of the Members and Mentors on the site.

Article 8: Intellectual Property

The Site, the trademarks, logos and any other distinctive sign of Mentorship.CLUB and any software used on the Site as well as the contents of the Site (that is, any text, video, photograph or any other information in any format and of any nature whatsoever appearing on the Site) (hereinafter the “Properties”) are the exclusive property of Mentorship.CLUB.

The Properties may be protected by copyright, trademark law, patent law, or any other intellectual property right.

Consequently, it is prohibited to copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publish, integrate on any medium whatsoever, adapt, transfer or assign, license, sublicense, give as a guarantee, transmit in any other manner whatsoever the Properties or to perform reverse engineering or use any other method to attempt to access the source codes and/or protocols of the Properties, without the express authorization of Mentorship.CLUB or the owner of the rights.

Failure to comply with this prohibition constitutes an infringement likely to engage the civil and criminal liability of the infringer.

Article 9: Evolution of the contract

Mentorship.CLUB reserves the right at any time to modify the terms of this Agreement.

Article 10: Duration

The term of this Agreement is indeterminate. The Contract becomes effective with respect to the User as of the use of the service.
